Youth Speed School Class
Our youth class is the introduction to the Speed School facility. Our 60-minute class is designed to provide a winning environment where the young athletes begin to understand the fundamentals of how to move their bodies properly. We being with teaching proper running mechanics and body weight movements to allow significant growth on and off the field.
AGES 6 - 10
6:30pm - 7:30pm
Mids Speed School Class
The mids class is 60 minutes consisting of conditioning, running mechanics, and transitional movements to lifting. In this class, the athlete will begin to understand how to develop proper lifting form and technique.
Monday - Friday
5:30pm - 6:30pm
Uppers Speed School Class
AGES 14 - COLLEGE
Our upper level class is 120 minutes consisting of conditioning, speed mechanics, strength, and power. Speed and intensity is a top priority in this class. Each athlete will be given a program set to their own ability to help develop a foundation of lifting weights. Each athlete is set up for the best possible outcome, whether they give 100% every class is up to them!
