JR.’s Speed School Class

AGES 6-9

Our youth class is the introduction to the Speed School facility. Our 60-minute class is designed with fundamentals in mind. And the key work is FUN! We teach our elementary athletes basic running skills as well as just how to move their body. This class teaches how training is fun and a life long journey.

Monday - Thursday
4:30pm - 5:30pm


MIDS Level 1 Speed School Class

AGES 10-12

The MIDS Level 1 class is a beginner’s perforamance program. This 60 minute class establishes a foundation of fitness skills that they can start transferring to their lives as well as sports. In this class, the athlete will begin to understand how develop proper patterns and position to improve movement mechanics on the field.

Our class is designed to provide a winning environment where the young athletes begin to understand the fundamentals of how training develops the overall body, mentally and physically. We being with teaching proper running mechanics, agility & change of direction skills along with body weight movements to allow significant growth on and off the field.

MIDS Level 2
Speed School Class

AGES 12-14

The MIDS Level 2 class is 90 minute class broken up with Speed & Strength as the core focus. During this middle school class, the athlete will be taken through an incremental approach to speed mechanics, weightlifting, jumping, and conditioning. This class is set up to prepare the athlete for the high school level of performance.

HS/College Speed School Class

AGES 14 - COLLEGE

Our high school/college level class is 120 minutes consisting of conditioning, speed mechanics, strength, and power. The pace and intensity is a top priority in this class setting to allow for a controlled chaotic setting to mimic the demands of each sport. Each athlete will be given a weight lifting program set to their skill level with their goals in mind (strength/power/speed). Each athlete is set up for the best possible outcome with a progressive overload approach to develop the athlete for longevity in playing.
